Bright Star captain Peter Maker Manyang is without a club.
Maker is one of six players released by Zambian powerhouse Zesco United.
The club did not divulge the cause for Maker’s dismissal, however it is thought that poor form contributed to his dismissal.
In 2018, the former Al-Ghazal midfielder earned his South Sudan international debut.
ZESCO United also released Alfred Leku, a Ugandan striker, Austin Muwowo, a former Orlando Pirates attacking midfielder, and Fackson Kapumbu, a defender.
Chitiya Mususu and Rodrick Khembo are two of the players that have been let go by team ya Ziko.
