Immorality at J1: “When I see a pretty lady, my heart skips a bit and I feel like I just sleep with her” Ateny Wek

South Sudan’s Office of the President has never ceased from being a center of controversy in the eyes of the public- from the unnecessary decrees, corruption and sexual molestations.

All those shambolic rumours were brought to light this past week.

The man who’s always been the “mastermind of trash talk” in J1, Presidential Press Secretary- Ateny Wek Ateny, in a wedding organized at Freedom Hall, confessed his lust for sexual relations with beautiful women in public.

“When I see a pretty lady, my heart skips, my stomach shivers, my sexual orgasms goes up and I feel like I should just whisk her away for a day”, Ateny confidently confesses to the audience.

“This (love for women) is in my blood. I can’t get rid of it”, the big man shamefully adds.

Ateny Wek Ateny isn’t new to controversies concerning women.

Just this year 2020, he’s been issued a warrant of arrest by the police in Awiel for having sexual relations with a married woman. He’s since intimidated the husband of the adulterous woman by exercising his immense powers from the president.

Several women, including notable social media activists Valentino Awut Wol and Akuach Wol have had their share of stories- they claim Ateny approached them (and he still does) for sexual relations in exchange for a chance to meet president Salva Kiir.

In 2020, a University of Juba student (name withheld) was pictured at Palm Africa Hotel being harassed by Ateny after the lady conceived after appeasing the big man for a few bundles of pounds. In the video (which is very much still viral on Facebook till date), Ateny offers the lady money to leave his hotel room, but the lady refuses.

All of these are signs of an immoral and ungodly human being.

He confessed in another video while advising a young couple that “he’s since ceased being a Christian and that he now believes in Atenydior (his ancestors God)”.

The President’s mouthpiece said that he now believes in Atenydior because he speaks directly to God and “no intermediary is required”.

For a man who’s lost religious values, sexual lust and loose talk reign.

During the tense periods of R-ARCIS, the big man said that “there’s no pressure under the sun that will ever force President Kiir to revert to 10 states”. A few days later, the president sent him an upset message- a decree to 10 states was read out loud, and the words were left in the open for the public to make fun at the big man.

These latest rounds of viral videos have compelled the public to come out to demand for the President to fire Ateny.

Other notable names like Youth Union leader Gola Boyoi have called for a peaceful protest against Ateny for abusing the highest office in the land for not respecting the dignity of women.

What the public doesn’t know is, the “Atenydior” man is deeply rooted in J1, and he may never leave the corridors of power. For a man once known for beating the drum of truth, now he’s well known for beating the “drum of immoral sex”. Lol
