In Juba, police are looking into the deaths of a man and a woman.

Police are looking into a man who reportedly shot his wife and another guy at a bar in Juba, the capital of South Sudan, on Wednesday evening.
Longar Akok, a National Security official, was detained by National Security officers immediately after the crime was committed and then given over to police, according to reports.
In a Radio Tamazuj report obtained by NCMP, Police Spokesman Maj. Gen. Daniel Justin revealed that police in Juba have began investigating the killings of a lady and a man at a Bedouin tavern near the Hai Malakal Cemetery.
“The guy who perpetrated the crime was discovered to be the spouse of the lady who died in the tragedy.” “He feared his wife was having an affair with the guy sitting next to her in the bar,” Justin said. “Another individual suffered minor injuries as a result of the event.”
“The police have begun their investigation into the event. The police officer that was slain was a police officer. He went on to say, “The case is obvious, and investigations are ongoing.”
According to Justin, once the investigations are completed, the matter will be brought to court.
Akok’s wife was named as Rebecca Anyon Kot, and the guy slain as Akech Manut, according to sources.
