Bor Town’s market Shut Down Reversed

The Chamber of Commerce this morning CANCELLED their yesterday’s order closing the Market for seven (7) consecutive days and urged all traders to open their shops.
However, the Nine (9) Foreign Enterprises have remained closed as per the directives of the State Security apparatus, according to the Chairperson of the Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Ajak Garang.
In Radio Miraya report seen by NCMP, traders in Bor main market have announced a one-week strike effective today in response to the order earlier issued. They called on the state government to resolve issues raised by the traders concerning the operations of businesses in the market.
But with this cancellation, the traders are expected to open their shops, and henceforth, Bor residents hope that the government will sort out the concerns of the Nine (9) Foreign Traders in due time.
