Kiir formed W. Bahr el Ghazal state govt., the fifth state Govt. reconstituted.

South Sudan president, Salva Kiir has reconstituted the Western Bahr el Ghazal state government, the fifth state government to be formed by the president through a presidential decree.

The president appoints representatives of various parties to the revitalized peace agreement.

30 officials of the States’ Independent Commissions was appointed by the president, 17 state ministers, 5 Advisors and 3 county commissioners.

All the appointees are to assist the governor of the state, Sarah Cleto Rial.
