Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) director of communications Mr Philip Etale has made an unverifiable allegation on why deputy president William Ruto traveled to Dubai with his family.
According to Etale through a direct message to hustler nation spokesperson Dennis Itumbi, DP William Ruto allegedly traveled to Dubai to celebrate his wife’s birthday.
“My friend Dennis Itumbi did you know that after a brief stop in Uganda, your boss together with family proceeded to Dubai on holiday to celebrate his wife’s birthday?”@Part of Philip Etale’s allegation notes.
He continues to critic Dennis Itumbi over the hustler nation narrative noting that DP Ruto despite calling himself a hustler can afford to go to Dubai for holiday.
“Anyway, how many other hustlers can afford a holiday even at Maasai Mara… twende kazi,”Philip Etale to Dennis Itumbi whom he has been engaging with over the travelling of ODM party leader Raila Odinga.
Philip Etale’s allegation are however not verifiable and only a photo of the second in command is in circulation with allegation that it was taken on Friday when he arrived in Dubai.
No official communication has been given by the communication team in the office of the deputy president nor that of the second lady Mama Rachel Ruto who Etale claims travelled with Ruto to Dubai.
