Tut Galwak in Khartoum an official several-day visit.

Tut Galwak, South Sudan’s President’s Advisor for Security Affairs, arrived in Khartoum on Saturday on a multi-day official visit. at the helm of a South Sudan government delegation
General Mohamed Al-Ghali Ali Yousif, Secretary General of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, met him at Khartoum Airport.
Galwak stated in a press statement that he is carrying a message from the President of the Republic of South Sudan, Salva Kiir, to the President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and his deputy dealing with the implementation of the Juba peace agreement clauses as Sudan is a guarantor of the agreement.
He said that his visit is also intended to keep him up to date on political events in Sudan, as well as to find ways to reach an agreement that assures Sudan’s stability and security, in addition to addressing cooperative security problems.
Galwak expressed confidence that the international and African efforts will be successful in creating a common ground for conversation and complete political unity.
