Was Museveni son’s Twitter account disabled, or did he remove it himself?

Was Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni’s son’s Twitter account deactivated or did he delete it on his own? This is what many Ugandans on Twitter were thinking Tuesday when Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s Twitter account mysteriously vanished.
While others assumed that the account was erased, it looks more probable that Uganda’s heir apparent canceled his own. Typically, Twitter notifies users when an account has been suspended with the statement “Account Suspended.”
However, the error message in this scenario is “this account does not exist,” which comes when a user deactivates their account.
Apart from being the first son, Muhoozi occupies a top position in the Ugandan Army and has been mentioned by experts as a prospective successor to his father.
